Privacy Policy

Simply Live Your Life Medicare and Beyond ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, your rights, and the terms that apply to our text-message (SMS) communications.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and Medicare questions — through our forms, including the free guide download, permission-to-contact form, contact form, and consultation booking.

How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, send requested resources (such as the free Medicare guide), schedule consultations, provide Medicare education, and — only with your consent — follow up by email and SMS with educational content, reminders, and relevant Medicare information. We do not sell your personal information.

Consent & SMS Policy (Text Messages)

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Simply Live Your Life Medicare and Beyond at the number you provided. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us — for example, appointment reminders, follow-ups, and Medicare education updates — but will not exceed a reasonable number of messages.

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any message and data charges your mobile carrier may impose.

Opt-out: You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After doing so, you will receive no further SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

Help: If you ever need assistance or have questions about our SMS service, reply HELP to any message you receive, or contact us at the email or phone number listed on our Contact page.

Carrier support & liability: SMS messaging is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers. The participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not deliver messages to landline numbers. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network and availability.

Not a condition of service: Providing your phone number or consenting to SMS is not a condition of receiving the free guide or any other educational resource, and it is not required to schedule a consultation (only phone-call consent is required for scheduling).

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and the owner of the mobile number to consent to SMS messages.

We do not send marketing SMS messages without your explicit opt-in consent, and we honor opt-out requests promptly.

Your Choices & Rights

You may revoke your SMS or email consent at any time — reply STOP to any SMS, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of any messages sent before you opted out.

Data Security & Sharing

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our CRM, email, and text messaging providers) and who are contractually bound to keep it confidential. We never sell your personal information.

Compliance

This website provides general Medicare educational information only. We do not guarantee any savings, benefits, or coverage, and we do not represent that any beneficiary will receive the same benefits. Educational information is not individualized Medicare advice.
